Continuous Improvement
Every challenge is a chance to improve.
We started Truebyte to prove IT support could be human, honest and genuinely helpful. Since 2002, that's still the whole point.
We founded Truebyte because we believed IT support could be done differently. Less passing people from person to person. More listening, taking ownership and being there when end users needed us most. It wasn't about closing tickets as quickly as possible; it was about solving problems properly and building relationships that lasted.
As more businesses put their trust in us, we grew alongside them. In 2008, we strengthened our presence in Bath with a dedicated office, allowing us to support more customers while staying true to the personal service that got us here.
By 2012, we were ready for the next step. We opened our London office, giving us a base closer to many of the businesses we were already working with and helping us build stronger relationships in the capital. It was a big moment for Truebyte, but the way we worked stayed the same; getting to know our customers, understanding how they worked and being there when they needed us.
Our move to Eastbourne gave Truebyte a new home and the space to bring more of our operations together under one roof. It was an important step in the company’s development, giving us the foundations to grow the team, strengthen the way we worked and invest in the future of the business. Eastbourne has remained at the heart of Truebyte ever since, and what’s not to love about the sunshine coast.
When the way we all worked changed, we helped our end users adapt with it. Keeping businesses connected, secure and supported when they needed it most.
Our new brand reflects how far we've come, but not what we've changed. The technology has evolved, our team has grown, and with Bill stepping into the role of CEO, our ambition for collaborating with great people remains the same. Today, Eastbourne is home to our main team, while we continue to support businesses across London, Bristol, Bath and beyond.
Every challenge is a chance to improve.
How we deliver matters as much as what we deliver.
People at the heart of everything we do.
Honest. Consistent. Always.
Real conversations, not runaround.
Always there when it counts. No exceptions.
